You’re somewhere on the wild emotional journey between trying to conceive and the part where you're actually raising young children and you’ve hit an emotional or mental roadblock.

Maybe you’re someone who had read all of the books and listened to all of the podcasts and were feeling so prepared for what was to come.

Despite this, you feel stuck. Traversing this delicate time in your life
in isolation or without emotional support only adds to how hard things feel for you.

You don’t have to do this alone

Perhaps you are:

  • In the lonely trenches of trying to get pregnant but it’s taking longer than expected.

  • Wondering how on earth to cope with the grief of a pregnancy loss that’s caught you off guard or one that’s just been added to the list of the many that came before.

  • Knocked sideways by just how much of you it takes to make sense of your little human being, and wondering how on earth to respond to these big emotions and challenging behaviours that they’re expressing in your direction.

  • Feeling more anxious, self conscious, or down since welcoming your child into the family and looking for support to make sense of all the changes to your body, mind, heart or relationship.

  • Seeking to parent differently from how you were parented - but finding it confusingly harder than anticipated.

Hi, I'm Bianca,

A Clinical Psychologist and Mum to two littles, who works with individuals and couples from pre-conception right through to parenthood. 

No matter where you are on your mental health, relationship or parenting journey I want to support you to explore, understand and repair the parts of life that are currently feeling hard for you. 

With the foundation of a safe and secure therapeutic relationship, we will work together to build upon the strength and capabilities that undoubtedly exist within you. We will be guided the entire way by the goals and the needs of you and your family. 

At heart, I’m a mother and human being who understands through lived experience that we were never meant to navigate this time of our lives alone. 

I would love to walk beside you on this leg of your journey for as long or as little as you need.

Individual Therapy

A safe and non-judgmental space to explore your emotions. Validation of these feelings will give you the confidence to explore new evidence-based tools and skills that will help you to thrive.

Couples Therapy

For those traversing the life changes that come along with the perinatal and parenting period. There is no reason you need to wait until things are falling apart before seeking the support you deserve.

Speaking and Presentations

Sharing psychological insights backed by research, in an easy-to-understand format and strategies from the therapy room to support those navigating or working within parenting and early childhood settings.
